RISK OF LOSS

Purchases made through tagvik.com are governed by a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier for dispatch.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Failure to obtain payment authorization

ORDER PROCESSING AND ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS

After placing an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with order details.
The contract of sale is completed when your order is dispatched, unless cancelled beforehand.

Payment authorization is requested at order placement, but actual payment is processed only when the order ships. Any double charging shown by your bank due to authorization and capture processes will be temporary.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch via your online account.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted; please refer to our Returns Policy for applicable procedures.
Order modifications must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order; beyond this, changes cannot be accommodated due to processing timelines.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

We accept payment only in Indian Rupees (INR).
Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, NetBanking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and Tagvik Gift Cards.
Payments made with foreign currency cards will be converted to INR at the applicable bank/card network rate.

Tagvik is not liable for losses stemming from unauthorized access to your payment or personal data unless caused directly by our negligence.
Payments by cash or cheque are not accepted online.
In case of payment failure, verify accuracy of payment information and network connectivity before retrying.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes, displayed before final payment. Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors on the website, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order for the affected product.
Tagvik strives to keep prices consistent across platforms but is not responsible for discrepancies caused by partner brands or marketplaces.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Products featured are carefully selected for uniqueness and quality availability is subject to stock.
If any ordered items are out of stock, delayed, or priced differently after your order, we will notify you via provided contact details and may cancel that portion of your order.
Substitutions, if necessary, will be made only with your consent and will be of equal or greater value. Additional costs for higher-valued items will be your responsibility.

Note: Stock shortages are more likely during festive seasons and high-demand periods.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE

Tagvik does not take ownership of returned items. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our sole discretion.
Refunds will typically be issued as store credit or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has entered shipping processing.
