At Tagvik Corporation (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order through our website or any affiliated service, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below. These terms exist to protect both parties and to set clear expectations regarding the delivery of your products.
1. General Terms
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep real-time inventory status updated, occasional stock discrepancies may arise. If any item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill available products and notify you about the next steps—whether you would prefer a refund for the unavailable item(s), or to wait until it is restocked.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges within India are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. This amount will be collected at the time of purchase as a part of the final invoice.
2.2 International Shipping
International shipping rates are also calculated during checkout and depend on the package’s size, weight, and destination. Once dispatched, international orders cannot be cancelled. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other charges levied at their location. Orders refused due to non-payment of customs duties will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic deliveries typically take between 2 to 7 business days.
3.2 International Transit Time
International shipments are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping provider and destination.
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our dispatch center operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national/public holidays. We aim to minimize delays during holidays or high-demand periods.
3.4 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
3.5 Out-of-Stock Items
If part of your order is unavailable, we will cancel and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) and proceed with shipping the rest of the order.
3.6 Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This will allow you to monitor your shipment in real-time using updates from the courier.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your shipment arrives damaged, please:
Reject the delivery if the damage is apparent and notify the courier.
Contact us immediately if the parcel has already been delivered, and we will guide you on the next steps.
6. Duties & Taxes
All displayed prices on our website include applicable sales taxes for domestic orders. For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer as required by their country’s regulations.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
